Much depends on the size of the business you propose to do. If you want to do it in small scale, with your own resources, you can have it as a Proprietary concern. If you want to do it with a show room bigger in size, mobilizing funds from your friends, you can do it as a Partnership business.

Blitz, i agree efficiency is best for all parties. Cooperatives are employee shareholder corporations and I know some that like them.

Corporation, because you can just bankrupt the whole thing and walk away without owing anything.
