<p>Organization B:    An organization that was comprised by a few with vast resources, and that all others work to support. An organization whose leadership is not elected, but appointed by the organizations owners, for the benefit of the owners. An organizations whose rules are written for the sole purpose of providing additional wealth for the owners, and to use whatever means available to the organization to achieve the purpose of creating wealth for the owners. An organization whose sole purpose is to provide wealth to a select few.<br />

<p>But the ones that dont lead have their own rights too</p>

I have to go into great detail about background information and have statistics like: source of payments, size of the company, type of facility, etc. There is very little information the teacher provides on the matter. Can anyone please give me a website with some information, or at least some names of companies? I&#8217;m utterly clueless when it comes to organizations or anything like that and kind of lost on this project. Its an online class, so getting the teacher to help me is close to impossible. thanks!<br />
Here&#8217;s a list of questions i have to answer, in case anyone needs additional information:</p>
<p>1. Describe the organizational where the leadership issue is being experienced include history, type of facility, types of services provided, source of payments, ownership, size (number of employees, etc., as appropriate).</p>
<p>2. Describe the leader’s position in the organization and include: Staffing structure, reporting relationships with other professionals and staff, number of people supervised relationship of the unit the person manages to others in the organization.</p>
<p>3. Describe the individuals involved, their functions and roles, personal educational background and career history, including how they feel about the leadership challenge for which you are providing recommended solutions.</p>
<p>4. What are the current issues facing the organization and the factors most influencing the organization’s future success relative to the leadership challenge?<br />
<br />You would have to do the research, but Activision, the company that makes the call of duty series, fired two infinity ward studio heads. They were the main people that contributed to the call of duty series. On being fired, 35 of the 100 employees at Activision quit their jobs. Among these 35 were the lead designers of Modern Warfare 2. After the event, the company faced alot of criticism over the event.</p>
<p>Just an idea, hope it works or you find something good.</p>

<p>I think the group would be MUCH better off with a woman leader as she can act as an umpire and make sure that we stick to rational issues that make sense. I know that we can get out of hand.</p>
<p>I wouldn&#8217;t want our club with legitimate issues to become contaminated with stupid issues. That wouldn&#8217;t help our cause and fewer people would listen to us.</p>
<p>With a woman leader, members would tend to stay focused on practical issues and not turn the club into a complaining session. I&#8217;d hate for a member to raise an issue;</p>
<p>&#8216;I think women shouldn&#8217;t vote because it takes time away when she should be cleaning&#8217;</p>
<p>I&#8217;m exaggerating. We aren&#8217;t that bad but we can get out of hand.</p>

<br />I would see Obama&#8217;s only role in a corporation as a union organizer.  Someone who would organize the workers to bite the hand that feeds them.  Ask for excessive wages and benefits causing their company to be incapable of competing in the global marketplace causing the company to suffer financially, making them cut jobs and lay off his union buddies thus adding to the unemployment roles.  Obama is a cubic zirconium.  No diamond in the rough or otherwise.</p>
