<p>Consider there are 3 managers in your organization a b &amp; c.<br />
a believes in strategy of attracting more &amp; new customers to the business.<br />
b concentrates on maintaining the current customers who are faithful to your brand.<br />
c concentrates on both.</p>
<p>By generating new customers you can widen your market but you cant rely on those customers, they may go for other products when they come to know that the service you provide for new customers are not prevalent for your current customers this may discourage the new as well as your old customer.<br />
Same way if you depend to much on your current customers you may not be able to widen your market.<br />
A manager who concentrates on both is the best 1 in respect of quantitative as well as qualitative aspects&#8230;</p>

<br />If you want an easier course, BUS 104. Managerial Accounting is pretty tough esecially if your not an Accounting major. It&#8217;s nothing like Financial Accounting. BUS 104 is a pretty basic intro class.</p>

<br />How are they going to run the foundation without someone to run it? Can you picture an empty office, and the mail carrier drops off envelopes full of checks, but there&#8217;s nobody there to open the envelopes or record how much has been given or decide what to do with the donations? Someone has to be in charge. That&#8217;s what &quot;management&quot; means.</p>
