Do you know what other forms of government exist?
Parliamentary, democracy, oligarchy, monarchy, dictatorship, etc.
Learn the definitions for each of them.

Then, and here’s the REALLY hard part, READ THE CHINESE CONSTITUTION.

Very little really one says they are for small government and low taxes the other for large government and higher taxes. The both increase the size of government and they both raise taxes. But our population is increasing so with that government will increase also.

Your question is a little scattered, and, after all, you have to do some of the work; but here’s a start:

First of all, all Shakespeare sonnets (and virtually all others) are in iambic pentameter. As is often the case, the meter is not perfect here, but line 2 is a good example of how it works. (Stressed syllables capitalized)

Notice the duh-DUH, duh-DUH pattern. That’s iambic. Also note that there are 5 of these duh-DUH unites in each line. That’s the pentameter.

Shakespeare sonnets are usually split up structurally into an octave (first 8 lines) and a sestet (the last 6). Here, the opening 8 have the speaker moaning about how he hates his life and wished that he were richer, better looking, more accepted by society, etc. The sestet is basically an answer to his own gripes. When he gets this way, he has only to think of his beloved (generally considered to be a young man, by the way) to loft his spirits and realize that he would not trade his life for that even of a king.
