Leadership style influence level of motivation. However, throughout a lifetime, man’s motivation is influenced by changing ambitions and/or leadership style he works under.
A person’s motivation is a combination of desire and energy directed at achieving a goal. Influencing someone’s motivation means getting them to want to do what you know must be done.

Leader means nothing but a person who leads in everything in his job or profession. Leadership style means the way he maintains the qualities of a leader. I mean amount by which a person is ahead of other person working there.
And Employee motivation means intention to motivate. A person who has the power to influence the other employees in the organisation through his leadership styles.
So they are interrelated and inter linked It means a person who has leadership styles only can acquire employee motivation.

Leadership styles are different ways a manager, for example, will strive to get the office running smoothly and effectively. Some managers style may be what we call micro-managers, which means they stick their nose into everything and wont give their employees the opportunity to figure out how best to do even the most basic of tasks. Others are the complete opposite, hardly giving any input until the task is complete and then criticing it.
Employee motivation, is how eager the employees are to get the job done. Often times the managers style hinders the employees motivation. They may feel that they are not being trusted to complete a task – in the case of a micro-manager or that they are too critical which can effect every ones moral.
The ideal is for your staff to feel trusted, respected and appreciated but lets face it, not everyone is motivated by the same leadership styles so it is not easy for the managers either. The more responsibility a manager gives his staff, once they have proven themselves, usually leads to increased motivation – as the possibility of promotion increases.
