  • how would you best describe why communication is so important in a business/organization?

    I’m doing an essay and it asks why it is so important to have effective communication with clients. what would you say?

    The communication between a business and a client builds not only understanding it builds trust. Trust should be a top priority when working on a long-term business relationship because without it a business has nothing. If a client cannot trust in the business then there will be no open-ended communication. With that being said, both work together and must be built up together at an even pace in my opinion.

      For example, in IT without effective communication between client and development team, you can create a bug free product that does not meet the needs of the client.
