  • why do you think good communication in an organization improves employee attittudes and performance?

    My personal opinion is that good communication helps employees feel like they are a part of the team.

    When employees know what is going on with the company, the sales stats… the future plans… they can feel more confident in their role on the team.

    When they are kept in the dark, they can feel left out… and speculate things like out-sourcing, etc. Backstabbing co-workers create a lack of trust that will ruin the chemistry of any organization.

    When employees are treated like vested partners… they will work more like a vested partner.
