Posted by admin on February 16th, 2010 and filed under organization management | No Comments »

This machinima helps show the frameworks of organizational culture that exist in the business environment including power distance, innovation and risk taking, and outcome orientation. Culture is presented through the use of artifacts as well as stories which are shared between employees. It is also important to notice how messages are presented and their different layers of meanings.
